Tours pick up and drop off at travelers hotel. Tours include entrance fees. The tour descriptions are suggested itineraries, the passengers may visit any other sites within the tour areas that they may wish to visit, time permitting. The driver will discuss any specific requests with passengers on the day. Blue badge accredited guides are available upon request (subject to availability and additional costs ). Multimedia Audio Guides included with the pass, and provided at entrance. Multimedia Audio guides are in many languages. All Tours are carried out by Professional drivers with many years’ experience. All drivers and vehicles are Licenced and regulated by TFL (Transport for London). We only use latest and high end model vehicles which are specifically selected for their comfort and reliability. We will send your passes to your email address or WattsApp messages 24 hours before the the tour start time. Also your driver will have the passes, and he will assist you to gain entry to the castle.
